[EDN.820
series, Pressure Transmitters suitable for pressure measurement of food,
beverage, and viscous materials]
The
EDN.820 series pressure transmitters are designed and manufactured with a Flush
Diaphragm structure suitable for industrial processes using viscous fluids or
basic hygienic environments. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel,
providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance, while the housing and
body are made of aluminum materials commonly used in industrial applications. The
standard process connection is G1/2”, and various sealing options such as FKM,
EPDM, and Metal O-ring are available according to user requirements.
The
Piezoresistive Silicon Pressure Sensor applied to the EDN.820 series is
manufactured by combining highly precise modern electronic component
fabrication technology with advanced industrial PCB chip design. The electronic
components that amplify the signal from this sophisticated pressure sensor
undergo a variety of tests, including Noise, Burst, Insulation, and Surge
tests, to ensure reliable operation under diverse environmental conditions. The
product is designed to output an analog signal through strict process and
quality control. Each product is carefully calibrated during production and
undergoes 100% inspection before final shipment.
