Flush Diaphragm & All Stainless Steel Housing
The EDN.620 pressure transmitter is designed for applications involving
viscous media or basic hygienic environments. Featuring a flush diaphragm
structure, all wetted parts are made of stainless steel to ensure durability
and hygiene. The standard process connection is G1/2", and the sealing
O-rings can be customized to FKM, EPDM, or metal based on user requirements.
Both the housing and the wetted components are constructed entirely from
stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and chemical
exposure.
This product is suitable for a wide range of industrial and hazardous
environments, including oil and chemical plants, semiconductor processing
lines, nuclear power facilities, oxygen supplying stations, and gas
compressors. It is also widely applicable in the food and beverage,
pharmaceutical, and medical industries.
The EDN.620 integrates a high-precision piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor,
utilizing advanced microelectronics and PCB design technology. The signal
amplification circuitry is built to withstand challenging industrial conditions
and has passed rigorous tests for noise immunity, burst protection, insulation,
and surge resistance.
Each unit undergoes full-scale individual calibration and quality
inspection to ensure precise analog signal output and long-term stability.
Accuracy options are available depending on the application:
Standard accuracy is ±0.35% F.S, with optional high-precision versions of
±0.25%, ±0.1%, or ±0.05% F.S.
The EDN.620 is suitable for all types of process control and industrial
