EDN.615 a/w MDB
This
product EDN.615 is made of stainless steel in both the body and wet parts (the
part that touches the medium) and is an Explosion frame-proof product by KOSHA
in Korea.
The
diaphragm seal, which is calibrated with the pressure transistor, protects the
pressure instrument in a variety of complex media, such as chemical corrosion,
and is used as a medium to deliver pressure measurements. Above all, the
diaphragm seal maintains the role and function of separating the pressure
transistor from the media.
Pressure
is transmitted to the instrument via the electronic system and the injected
special fluid inside the diaphragm seal system, and a range of designs,
materials, and system injection fluids are selectively available for accurate
measurement implementations in a variety of complex user applications. In the
threaded design, the models with threaded connections are suitable for
versatile applications, the lower body can be replaced without modification of
the diaphragm seal system, and the drive of these diaphragm seals can measure
the high pressure range up to 250 bars.
Mounting
the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument can be directly connected, or at
high temperatures, the cooling system can be used as a supplement, and the
pressure measurement can be obtained using a flexible capillary tube.
For
the material selection of the diaphragm seal in a variety of measurement
environments, Daho also provides a variety of solutions where the diaphragm
parts connected to the upper body of the diaphragm seal may be used in the same
material or may be made of different materials. Parts that come into contact
with the medium may alternatively be coated with Teflon or a similar material.
