EDR.321 0.5-4.5V/5V, ratio-metric
■ Series EDR.321, 0.5…4.5V/5V, Ratio-metric Output –
Product Overview
Series EDR.321 is a pressure transmitter designed with a
ratio-metric analog output signal of 0.5…4.5V (powered by 5V). Its analog
output design technology requires an exceptionally high level of engineering
compared to conventional current (4…20mA) or voltage (0…10V, 0…5V, 1…5V) output
systems, making it one of the most technically advanced analog output
architectures available.
Series EDR.321 is ideal for applications where power supply
stability is challenging—such as in automotive or mobile environments where
battery performance often fluctuates. The device ensures that pressure values
are measured accurately in proportion to supply voltage changes, delivering
reliable analog output signals even under unstable power conditions. This level
of output reliability and system durability is crucial in industrial fields
demanding high signal integrity and noise resistance.
In system design, sensor characteristics and digital
compensation must be mathematically modeled and applied. With this in mind, series
EDR.321 transmitters are extensively compensated for both pressure and
temperature. Each unit is calibrated and verified under the same testing setup,
enabling seamless integration into various system designs. Thanks to its
modular design, flexible electronics, and configurable PCB options, series
EDR.321 can be adapted to meet diverse industrial requirements. Dahotronic
supports a vertically integrated manufacturing process that ensures high
flexibility and customization, even for large-scale production.
Dahotronic can respond swiftly to customer demands
with various standard options for electrical connectors and pressure fittings.
This flexibility ensures compatibility with a wide range of applications and
environments.
Series EDR.321 is engineered for next-generation pressure control
systems and delivers high stability even under extreme conditions such as
electrical surges, mechanical vibration, and electromagnetic noise.
